I’m sorry that I have to leave a 1-star review. When your team was helping my grandfather before his first hospitalization, we had no complaints and were very appreciative of the care he received. Unfortunately, after he was discharged from rehab on 5/29, he was supposed to begin receiving physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) at home. Couldn't have been happier with my physical therapist Karla after my knee replacement..always upbeat and positive and pushed me to get better!
I was very pleased that I was assigned Wirt Villaneuva for my at home knee replacement physical therapy. I can't believe how much I improved after a few visits. Thank you Wirt and VNA MaryAnn, Holiday Heights
Low rating because they call to schedule appointments the night before for the next morning. When I had them come in the past the people were very nice however there was zero consideration given for circumstances in the home that may require more than 12 hours notice. If you are home with your loved one 24 hours a day and you or your loved one have no routine or responsibilities during the day I am sure the services of VNA would be great for you.
