Michigan Community VNA is absolutely amazing!! Our family’s experience with them was over the course of a few years and all along the way they were wonderful. The hospice team, that was a vital part of the care needed in the end, was an extension of the family. Tina and Chelsea were so incredible and made the process easier to walk with confidence in their knowledge, experience, and abilities. I highly recommend using Michigan Community VNA for your home health care and/or hospice needs.
