I call and they tell me that Ocean county has a waiting list because there are so many seniors there and that there’s only ONE aide for the Barnegat area. They charge the highest rates of service I’ve called, yet they don’t staff enough workers to cover the needs of the community. Who’s in charge of hiring? Where is the profit being delivered to?
