I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism from a support staff. When I called the office to get information about a letter I received concerning dentures, Jenna responded with: "I do not have time to sit here and go over this letter with you." It was astounding that this woman could not be asked to do her job and provide a little information for a patient at 2:30 on a Friday.
