From the very beginning Visiting Angels has been wonderful to work with. They are very professional, communicative, and attentive. We reached out for assistance for my father, who was experiencing a sudden onset of health concerns. I called in the morning, and Visiting Angels came in the afternoon to explain their program and to get the necessary paperwork underway, for if and when we decided to move forward. We have been using Visiting Angels for a little over a year, to give our mother some help. All the caregivers have been very nice, patient and courteous to her. They have been very helpful in rearranging her schedule when needed.
