Kristin was incredibly helpful and responsive in guiding my dad through the process of setting up VA-covered visits. We could not afford the services but she went above and beyond to explore every possible option to ensure his care could be covered. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. We both highly recommend reaching out to their office. Even if you’re just starting to explore your options, at least they care about getting you on the right path.
Kristin was so informative and quick with information to help me start the process of getting VA covered visits. Could not afford services privately but Kristine in the office made sure to check every possible way care could be covered. would recommend reaching out even if you arent quite at that point yet, they really care!
