I have had a very mixed experience with this company. I traveled to Austin to arrange care for my elderly, frail mother, as the local family member has become ill and is not in a position to provide ongoing care. I contacted Visiting Angels, and a salesman promptly came tot he house. He was friendly, and assured me about all my concerns. My Mother and Father are elderly and live in Lafayette, Indiana. For quite sometime I have been looking for a qualified company to provide home care for my parents. I have found Visiting Angels to be highly qualified and dependable. They look in on my parents 4 days a week. It has been a wonderful service and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking peace of mind for their family members.
We live In Kokomo but I work in Lebanon. This past summer we hired Visiting Angels to take care of my Dad. My wife and I had been looking in on him almost everyday but sometimes with our schedule we couldn't make it. Now Visiting Angels is there almost everyday and we don't have to worry. Best Senior Care! – When we first started looking for care for my mother we signed up with the first agency that came along, not knowing what we needed, what to look for in an agency or how to go about any of it. Visiting Angels was our third and last agency. Every week we have the same team of caregivers, neiither of the other agencies could give us that.
