In the Spring of 2022, we met Case Manager, "Ronnie" Bison to review my wife's needs and to prepare for post surgical care in our home. We anticipated several weeks of care after a planned 5 day hospital stay. Sometimes, life gives you surprises. The planned 5 day stay turned into a 90 day "hospital nightmare". We have been using Visiting Angels caregivers to take care of our elderly mom for about 2 years now. As well as the excellent care that my mom receives, the office staff are also a pleasure to work with. There is always someone there to address any need or concern you may have and are quick to resolve any problem that arises. We would recommend Visiting Angels wholeheartedly for your senior care needs.
I highly recommend Visiting Angels when searching for quality in-home care services. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah Forsyth, the Community Coordinator. She provided great detailed literature/information about the agency. A one- on-one assessment was conducted to determine the needs for my husband. The process took about two weeks to complete. Every person that we talked with was very kind, and informative. My Dad and my family were so happy to get Ila! She has gone above and beyond to help our Dad. She has become part of our family! We all just love her so much!!! Also I love Hannah and everyone else in the office. We can’t thank Visiting Angels enough for all their Fantastic help with our Dad! I highly recommend Visiting Angels as your go to when required help for a loved one is required. Our regular aide, Carol is wonderful with our loved one. Always one step ahead in his care, before you can ask, it’s already done. Consistently goes over and beyond. If something unforeseen occurs and regular schedule has to be changed the staff are right there to help come up with solutions, particularly Shawnell and Hanna! Great follow-up too!
