Not getting my income tax back for over a year because you refused to give irs my tax info..irs contacted you several times with no response, I even tried and all I got was you already sent my info to irs..which of course was a lie..So because of you I didn't get my refund for a full year.Plus my client caregivers never showed up for work after me so I had to stay over on weekends.My clients told me she was firing u guys because of poor communication on your part..never told her that u had no caregivers for weekends for them... read more
