I was in need of immediate assistance staffing my mother for 24 hour care. I worked with Sue in intake at VAS and she was kind, supportive and addressed all of my needs and questions. I was never rushed, Sue spent time both helping me and supporting me and provided me with a very positive experience at a difficult time I highly recommend working with Visiting Angels Senior Home Care in Pittsfield.
When my mother-in-law was dying of cancer, Visiting Angels was considerate, compassionate, and quick to respond. The PCAs who came into our home were knowledgeable and kind, and so very good at what they do. Everything from companionship to mealtimes to personal care to handling my mother in law's tiny dogs so they wouldn't bark while people were visiting, plus getting my kitchen cleaner than it's been in weeks, most of it without me needing to even ask or explain. Sue guided us through all the options with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. She worked diligently to help us find the best support for my mom, and her compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend Visiting Angels and especially Sue for their outstanding service and caring attitude.
Nothing but praise for the Visiting Angels! Sue Carpenter has been a godsend. Needed help for my mom immediately after being released from rehab, Sue had a VA in place a day after she was home. She now lives at Devonshire Estates and is receiving much needed support and care from her wonderful VA’s. With their help she is able to live independently.
