The caregiver they sent out for my mom was very good. But, the people who run it are very rude and insensitive. They act like they are doing you a favor. When you are paying them for their service. They were my first experience and I am so disappointed. I quit them after 1 week. Before my contract started. Find an agency that has compassionate people working there. That is what I am doing.
The owner is very rude all of the time. I would recommend using another company.
