I began with Visiting Angels in January of 2024. The training was excellent and helped me understand many problems and how to care for those in need of comfort and support in dealing with daily life challenges. They also let me start slowly to build up my confidence and to be sure this was a good fit for me. That made all the difference in the world to me. This company truly lives up to it's name as Visiting Angels. I had been working with a very upbeat and knowledgeable person named Torri in billing who has been extremely helpful. Early in the evening this last Friday I received a call from her that someone was trying to track us down because our dad had fallen and broken his hip. She went a huge extra mile remembering me and then reaching out. The communication and care across the board have met my expectations. There have been some scheduling difficulties; however, the care manager worked diligently to get them resolved as soon as possible. Overall, I am satisfied with the personnel and the care they provide for my father-in-law.

Visiting Angels has been a God send for my dad. Having them come and visit is what allowed him to stay home as long as he did. Rita ( his caregiver) knew how to cajole and tease my dad to get him to what he needed to do without him getting angry. Meghan, the case manager, was such a breath of fresh air. She wants what is best for my dad at all times and does her darn sets to make sure that happens, even if he is an ornery old vet. Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver for both my dad and me. I no longer worry about him every day because I know his caregivers are there to help. Meghan, the Care Manager, is amazing too. Everyone I’ve worked with is supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this service. Thank you for all that you do!
