I could not be more pleased by the services provided. The professionalism, friendliness and client focused service is noteworthy and very appreciated.
Visiting Angels of Anniston did a great job caring for my aunt. Everyone who came into the home was kind and courteous and very loving to her. They were careful not to pull on her or hurt her in any way. We had peace of mind knowing she was safe and well cared for even if we had to be out of the home. Thank you for all the help.
DO NOT WORK HERE! They say you can choose your own hours but it is not the case. The job description clearly states you can. They wait last minute to send you to a location then when you say you can't due to short notice, they get mad at you. Epected me to drive from Talladega to Jacksonville for $11. They do not appreciate hard workers. I have kids and they expect nothing to come up but expect me to jump for them. When my father grew ill, it went quickly from nothing to not being able to live by himself. After talking to him and wanting to honor his wishes, we decided to let him stay at his home that he knew for 30 years, and arrange for around the clock care. Working with Visiting Angels was the biggest blessing. Visting Angels has provided care for my Mom for several years and have been great in staying with Mom and providing great care and friendly people.
