Please do not use this company for home healthcare. They often try to change my 95 year old mothers scheduled caregiver, not because her caregiver can’t make it but because other employees call off and instead of having a pool of subs they try to fill the spots with mom’s caregiver, inconveniencing us. When they try to do this they are also dishonest, implying our caregiver can’t make it but it’s only because she’s covering for another employee.
