I’m mind blown that this place still exists and is still a functioning business after reading this latest review..and that was from someone who worked there.
Seriously lacking compassion, zero customer service, completely unresponsive until I threatened negative reviews, unapologetic and unwilling to offer up any way to fix a missed appointment, terrible at call backs, great at lying. Our family is in desperate need of help, and the lack of empathy and compassion was absolutely mind boggling. The Barbara Baumeister below, 5 star review, is one of the owner directors...need I say more? Pretty sketchy to add a 5 star review to your own company.
