Michelle needs to be fired. Jennifer was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding though.
Vicki and Becky have been vey helpful and pleasant. Thanks to the office also for getting all the papers filled out to begin service.
They were very willing to work with schedule changes and seemed very nice with my mother in laws in home care. Jennifer for schedules and set up was great. Only issue and it's a big one. Make sure you have cameras and lock EVERYTHING up. Background checks are only good on thieves that have already been caught. We ended with medication shortages and out 200+ in change from our 20 year coin jar. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND PUT IN CAMERAS
