This agency is very friendly at first until there is a problem with the caregiver. They do not support the client when there is a problem. They do not have a lot of caregivers so if u have a problem they don't have the back up to replace the caregiver that isn't working out so you are stuck paying for someone that you are not pleased with. The staff becomes very nasty when there is a problem and tries to imply that they never had a problem before with the caregiver so therefore you the client are the problem!
