I needed a driver to an appointment with relatively short notice. The office staff were very professional! Stephanie arrived at the designated time and was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend their services. I think we used them when my mother was alive as well and were quite pleased!
Hired this company to drive my 84 year old mother for cancer injections. Went through the interview process and confirmed the appointment. In the day of the appointment called at 8 am to confirm they would be there at 10 am. At 10:40 am called me to let me know the caregiver did not show up and wanted to let me know my mother had driven herself!!! This company in Boerne have no concept of professionalism at all. The do not train their employees. The office is filthy, and the office staff are very rude and unorganized. I would seriously think twice before placing your love ones in the care of this company.

The staff at Visiting Angels Hill Country was very warm and welcoming on my visit last week. That is the kind of company I would want caring for my loved one! You can tell a lot about a company by the quality staff they hire.
