I enjoy working for Visiting Angels, I know Heather and Vikki the most. All of the office staff are great and try to work with us when needed. My clients and their families have all been wonderful. Hope to be hear for many more years❤️❤️

The caregivers were wonderful but the administrative staff was rude and completely lacked the compassion you’d hope for from an agency that works with families in very difficult situations. I was berated for asking which caregiver was on duty the one time I asked and again for not immediately calling the office to cancel services when my mother was in emergency surgery. We switched to Always There Homecare and they were much better.

Save yourself and loved ones from this totally INCOMPETENT Visiting Angels franchise. (Old Keene Mill Rd, Springfield, Va) The owner, David Pearson is the MOST irresponsible, incompetent, inattentive and negligent business owner I have EVER dealt with ! couldn't come on Monday but could make up on Sunday. I reemphasized that she shouldn't come at all. After a week in Skilled Nursing, it became clear that Mom would be staying there. Visiting Angles charged us for the week Mom was in Skilled Nursing and the next two weeks to finish the contract. The result--the charged Mom nearly $2000 dollars for 10 hours of questionable care.

I was hired from florida to work for a client that they could not staff. Iwas then asked and required to do meds pass and other nurse duties without any training or certification required or offered. This company is not safe for your loved ones, think twice and talk with other clients. And they need to provide trained staff not call girls who take from clients. SAD!

I recently attempted to meet with Visiting Angels with the intention of getting some assistance for my 95 year old mother. Maybe they were under some type of stress that afternoon, but I was treated rudely and basically dismissed by the two persons present. I have unfortunately concluded that the service I need NOW is not going to be coming from this office. It was very disappointing.
