If the aide doesn’t arrive to care for the client then you’re not getting another aide to cover. I was told multiple times that there is no one else to cover so when the aide comes then there will be coverage

The initial onboarding process was so easy, and put my whole family at ease. The aide has been incredible, building trust with my whole family. The visits have been helpful and productive.Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver during a difficult time.
Currently using Visiting Angels ( Sparta NJ ) to care for my mother. The staff is very accommodating and always in communication with me. Roxanne is wonderful and very helpful when I need to update or change the schedule. Cant say enough good about the office staff. Trisha and Katia who work with my mother are exceptional. I have seen a difference with her from day one. They are caring and supportive. Highly recommend this location
