I found Visiting Angels through a recommendation from a friend who is a nurse and the whole experience has been incredibly helpful. The initial onboarding process was so easy, and put my whole family at ease. The aide has been incredible, building trust with my whole family. The visits have been helpful and productive.Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver during a difficult time.
Currently using Visiting Angels ( Sparta NJ ) to care for my mother. The staff is very accommodating and always in communication with me. Roxanne is wonderful and very helpful when I need to update or change the schedule. Cant say enough good about the office staff. Trisha and Katia who work with my mother are exceptional. I have seen a difference with her from day one. They are caring and supportive. Highly recommend this location
Visiting Angles in Sparta has been amazing since I first contacted them. I live across the country and my mom needed some help and companionship. Roxanne answered all my questions and even some I didn’t think about. She was very supportive and compassionate. Visiting Angels has been nothing short of professional. They answered all my questions and helped me find the right person to help my mother. They have always responded to my calls, been on time, and continue to update me with any changes my mother requests. They are truly God-sent and always professional.
Visiting Angels assigned John to help bath, dress and be a companion to my 77 year old wheel chair bound husband. John has made it possible for my husband to stay in our home rather than being placed in a facility. He is caring, compassionate and precise. I can count on him to take good care of my husband while I enjoy hobbies, run errands and do chores. He has been with us for almost 4 years and has adjusted to my husband declining health. The office staff is kind and helpful.
