The people who cared for my Mom were very nice and capable. My real problem is with the office side. My late Mother carried insurance to pay her back for some of her health care. I was told getting a receipt showing hours wasn't a problem. The insurance will only pay so much per day. I've called 4 times. First time -"No problem- I'll get it in the mail.
