Our family had a wonderful experience with Visiting Angels!!!! We would highly recommend!!! They were all amazing and helped our family so very much!!!!!
I used this service in Sugarland Tx a few months ago for post-op caregiving. It was honestly the most rude and incompetent service that i have ever received. One of the coordinators was pushy and disrespectful (can't remember her name). They sent an elderly "nurse" named Lola who stayed on her phone, acted annoyed when i aaked for anything and literally told me that she took the job bc she thought that i would sleep all day. Visiting Angels has been a big help to my family over the past three years. They have consistently provided excellent caregiving services for both of my elderly parents. Our current caregiver, Falisia Sims is very professional, always on time and anticipates my parents' needs every time she's at the house. The admin staff led by Tiana have gone above and beyond to help my sister and I manage my parents situation. We are very happy with Visiting Angels Sugar Land. I highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels found the perfect fit for my mother. Shiela has been a great caregiver to help my mother and provide some relief for my step dad. Rene and Muna asked lots of questions and met my mother before picking the right caregiver and they nailed it. They have been wonderful to work with.
