RecommendedI was blessed to have met Vikki Kalitsi as a fellow member of the Prince George's Senior Provider Network (PGSPN), and when I needed in-home care services for my mother, I acquired the services of Visiting Angels. The assistance that I received from Visiting Angels was a God-send. Caregivers were warm, friendly, and skillful -- observant of my mother's needs. They took very good care of her and allowed me to do my work while they tended to her care. My dad and I are grateful to Vikki and her staff.
I have used Visiting Angels services for close to 8 years. I have never received any unprofessional behavior from any staff member. Vikki, Vanita and staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. I don't know what I'd have done without them. Highly recommended.
Please confer with others prior to selecting Visiting Angels. We used their services for three (3) weeks until the caretaker quit and decided not to assist my mom anymore. She didn't like to have mom's children checking with mom to ensure that everything was getting done. Why not check on your aging mom to inquire how her day is going, especially with a caretaker in her home. To top things off, the executive director allowed that employee to behave so unprofessional.
