Terrible experience. It awful to have to worry that your parent isn’t getting the care they need and are paying for. The caretaker was hired just three days before starting. She is on her phone all the time, sitting down, and has even fell asleep. The company did not seem to address this issue quickly or seriously. It continued and they seemed to put more of the blame on my mother than their newly hired caretaker.
