I reached out to Visiting Angels for temporary coverage for my mom while I was away for two weeks. It was short notice and my mom was resistant to having someone help her out, so I wasn't sure how it would go. The whole team is very professional, and picked the right person to work with her. Because of this we were able to continue having someone come weekly which has been very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful local Newton business.
We've been with Visiting Angels for 5 months (after being with a competitor). It's been a wonderful experience, in general, and comparatively. Patrick Murray is our contact person, he's great (responsive, good follow-up, informative, manages expectations). We've settled in to some helpers who know the routine and (hopefully) enjoy the working environment.
