Visiting Angels is a joke. I was a caregiver with them for less than 3 months before I quit due to incompetentcy by staff members. They left a voicemail on my phone telling me my client had passed. A voicemail! I immediately called my client's family to share my condolences only to learn my client was still alive. Talk about a unacceptable error! As a first time care giver you did not prepare me for my mother vomiting blood nor convulsing for 12+ hours. When I called you desperate you told me how to administer her medication in a way she would never receive and she died in pain, afraid and with me beside her like a fool. Your lack of compassion saw that woman in to death tortured. She deserved the best and was manipulated into giving up on in-house care and left to die with her unknowing daughter. Never to be forgiven.
