Visiting Angels Bensalem is the worst agency I have employed. They sent Aides that put my aunt to bed all day so they could sleep on her couch, play on their phones, leave her in her apartment alone for long periods of time. The office staff is no better. Many times they didn’t have anyone to send to take care of my aunt who has Alzheimer’s. They were mostly lazy or had no training. I told Rob that I saw potential in one of his caregivers if she had more training. He has Tina call me to ask when I could train their employee.... read more
Visiting angels provided the best care from each of their care givers for my father who was on hospice. Gwen, Tracey, Surertha - all were so loving with my family and especially in their care giving of a cancer patient. Rob and admin team were understanding, flexible, and always accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended you are looking for professional, courteous, loving care givers.
The workers do the best they can. The office, however, is a complete mess. They sent a care worker who was pending orthopedic surgery to help with a morbidly obese patient. They also wanted to implement a $35 late fee for any payments deemed late (Rob got upset when the office manager told me not to pay an invoice because I had to wait for a corrected invoice). Meanwhile, my account has an OVERPAID balance which I’m still owed and July 2024 is now a full year since the patient passed away!!!
