We worked with Visiting Angels for over five years for my mother, following her terrible car accident. Most caregivers during the first 18 to 24 months were kind and mostly very good. When we got a full-time regular caregiver, it was wonderful. Renee is the absolute best and we love her. My mom loved her and she loved my mom. Very disappointed JULIE lied about sending a caregiver to my client and never returned a phone call the day of expecting help no caregiver ever showed up… no call/ no show. It’s highly unprofessional and neglectful to have a loved one without care when you’re expecting someone to show up and don’t have the respect to communicate properly when you assured us someone would always show up.
