Very disappointed JULIE lied about sending a caregiver to my client and never returned a phone call the day of expecting help no caregiver ever showed up… no call/ no show. It’s highly unprofessional and neglectful to have a loved one without care when you’re expecting someone to show up and don’t have the respect to communicate properly when you assured us someone would always show up. I have been working for Visiting Angels for about a month now and have had an amazing experience. Just a thank you for more than 3 years of great service. We truly don't know what we would do without Genis. She is a bright shining "angel" that has enhanced our lives. She has kept us out of having to go to an assisted living situation. We are so grateful for her dedication and service. We also appreciate Susan and the other staff for being there when we need you.
Visiting Angels was great to work with for in home care. Special acknowledgement for Cortney - she was wonderful to my father and he always enjoyed their time together.
