I worked with Todd and Abby over the course of two years to provide live in caregivers and other supports for my dad. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. They provided us with excellent caregivers, navigated complicated situations and were always available when I needed them. They made it possible for my dad to live his last two years of life in his own home. Thank you Visiting Angels of Middlefield and Madison Connecticut.

The caregivers they have assigned us are warm, caring, kind and essential members of our family. Had 3 care givers. The first one was great ,but he left for a live in. Second never showed . Third relied on taxis uber and walking to get to my fathers house. Worked for 5 days late all of them and left early on her last day.

Our dad had Parkinsons and was 92 years old. He was in fairly good health relative to his age, but needed the additional support that an aid could give. Visiting Angels sent us several different aids to find one that matched well with our dad. When George came and we saw how much he respected and cared for our dad, it was a true blessing. Dad appreciated George and his care until the day he died. Thank you Visiting Angels and George for helping to make Dad's final days as easy as they could be for him and us.

I could not be happier with the experience my family is having with Visiting Angels of Middlefield and Madison. They worked diligently and quickly to find a care provider for my elderly mom. From the first meeting with the owner Todd, everything has been done professionally and courteously. The care provider is extremely caring and patient towards my mother and our family. A perfect fit. I highly recommend this agency .
