It's early days (just 2 weeks) but so far the care my dad has been receiving has been very good. There was an issue with the care takers not being familiar with their own transport policy, but I called Marcy and the issue was immediately addressed and resolved. My dad speaks highly of the care givers and so does my Mom. Recommended.
Tried interviewing but due to technical difficulties MARCY SILVER didn’t try to hear me out. I was very much interested in the position. I also stated I was sorry due to technological issues and be having the wrong app after not Recieving her emails and being told it was zoom instead of google meet I still wasn’t discouraged I apologized and said I’m still interested and willing to do an interview today she said NO and hung up on me disrespectfully!!!! We just used Visiting Angels service for my 93 year old Mother in Law who had surgery. Marcy was super helpful, answered all of our questions and continually called to check in. The providers were attentive and happy to assist with anything she needed while recovering. We will definitely use their service again if needed.
