Visiting Angels are easy to work with for caring for my mom. The management is understanding when changes are made. The "Angels" have been a Blessing in every way.
The main concern for my sister was fall prevention. During intake interview I myself repeated several times that before leaving she was to be assisted to bathroom then be helped to the sofa and be left with a snack and drink. This would insure her fall safety until her daughter arrived from work. The sitter left in a hurry leaving my sister in the bathroom. Every interaction with Management and our caregiver was professional and compassionate. We had two different caregivers and both were wonderful. The Leadership Team was responsive and knowledgeable about the challenges faced by those needing care and the people that love them.
