Caregivers are very nice, but management seems very disorganized
The director is competent, knowledgeable and friendly. The caretakers know their jobs and have excellent people-patient skills. Finding the Visiting Angels turned out to be especially important to help shoulder the burden of a sudden accident that has changed daily life so drastically. Thanks to director Sandy and caregivers Amber, Cassidy and Ashley.
I have been working for Visiting Angels since September and it has been a wonderful experience serving the clients. The staff is very professional and compassionate to their clients and staff . The staff is always there for us as employees in every way . Diana and Erika are very helpful.
UPDATE 12/14/2025: Gloria has since left the organization and we have gone through a few caregivers since. I guess the business was sold recently and is under new management. We currently have Vanessa as our regular Angel and she is very caring and responsive to the needs of my mother. She is always polite and easy to talk with. There are times we don't get to meet the caregivers while we are out of town, but most of them seem to be in the job for the right reasons per my mother.
