The hiring manager has a horrible temper yells at employees and clients gossipy unprofessional; she pits employees against each other and this company will actually decrease your pay without notice the pay is one of the lowest paying agencies in El Paso the orientation consist of 2 hours of outdated dementia videos most employees have no training in patient care a company that deducts your pay is the most unethical thing I have experience for any company Erika is extremely professional and the patients are awesome unfortunat... read more
Caregivers are very nice, but management seems very disorganized
The director is competent, knowledgeable and friendly. The caretakers know their jobs and have excellent people-patient skills. Finding the Visiting Angels turned out to be especially important to help shoulder the burden of a sudden accident that has changed daily life so drastically. Thanks to director Sandy and caregivers Amber, Cassidy and Ashley.
