We used Visiting Angels Brentwood to transition my mom home from skilled nursing rehab that followed a hospital visit. The entire staff, from office to caregivers, was very professional. The service was initiated quickly and my mom's transition home was seamless. The staff showed great care and concern for both of my parents, and even though our relationship with Visiting Angels was temporary, they immediately felt like a part of the family. I would highly recommend the Visiting Angels.
The Assistant Director, Kassey Miller, visited our family over the weekend and we couldn't have been more impressed by her compassion and professionalism. She was patient and thorough in her explanation of services, but where she really blew us away was her willingness to jump in and help my father. He had a catheter bag that was full beyond that it should be - and I wasn't aware that it was beyond the limit that is safe. Emmalee is the best possible person to care for your family members that need help and she takes a lot of pride in doing her job.
My experience with Visiting Angels was very good. I only used it three times due to my husband's declining health, but I was very impressed with Lisa and Angel, my primary contacts. The caregivers were kind and helpful. I would give Visiting Angels 5 stars except for the fact they struggle (like so many businesses) in having all of their employees vaccinated against COVID. However, they DO inform you if they are unable to send a vaccinated caregiver and give you the option to decide how to proceed.
Visiting Angel's are great people who shows their care for people who needs our services, we provide great care for people who need the help emotionally, physically and mentally
