My mother required in home care due to a fall she had last year. Visiting Angels came to her rescue. Joanna, Case Mgr in the Newburgh OR location (and later Julie) was very warm and caring during our conversations discussing what type of care Mom required. Her need for housekeeping, transportation, assistance in bathroom, making her bed and other helpful tasks as well as cost for these services was exactly what we were looking for. Since November of last year Visiting Angels has provided one or more caregivers for a friend for whom I am the medical spokesperson. From the start, the care has been exceptional. The primary caregiver who until recently was the sole person involved in my friend's care has been wonderful in every way. She is kind, compassionate, skilled in all aspects of caregiving, attentive to detail and in every way exactly what my friend needed. We have been having Visiting Angels to help with my mom for over 3 years. They have been a life saver! The quality of caregivers they have are wonderful. They are caring & very qualified to do their job. I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t find Visiting Angels. The administration is very attentive & make you feel very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I have worked in the elder care industry from hospice to companionship collectively for over 20 years. Visiting Angels is the most supportive, caring and positive company I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I can not say enough about how fantastic they treat their employees and clients as well as the clients families. I am proud to say I worked for Visiting Angels from 2019-2024. I moved to Arizona, otherwise I would continue to stay with this great company!
