Amazing staff. Diana the RN goes above and beyond to help. Maria was amazing with my mom. Very caring and compassionate. I could count on Maria being on time and caring about my mom's every need. She was so very helpful to me in this time of need.
No stars. We had a caregiver twice for my 94 yr old mother in law. She ended up watching the caregiver sleep. The other caregiver could hardly care for themselves. A service animal may have been more helpful. Sorry for the bad review. Why is it so hard to find adequate help. Which is what you advertise.
I cannot recommend enough. Working with the office staff is the best. The lady named Lacey really cares about matching my grandma with the staff that best meets her needs! What a joy it was to have the best care I have found for my grandmother. I now can rest at night knowing she is in the hands of angels here on earth giving me more time till she is an angel herself. Thank you and bless you all.
I feel like I found a new friend as Julie was so helpful when I only called for information. I am new in the area and she went out of her way give me such kind help. I know where to go when I need in-home care. Thank you Julie.
