I have engaged Visiting Angels to help care for a family member for 6 months and couldn’t be more pleased with their services. Visiting Angels provides consistent professional service based on loving care for the individual and the family. They are experienced in meeting the needs of my wife who has moderate stage dementia. We signed our mother up for the Visiting Angels program. It seemed like a wonderful solution to get some in home help. Our experience with the program and the care givers provided was most exceptional. The only resistance was on our mother's part. The administrator / nurse / and care givers were genuinely interested in having this be a successful solution to keeping mother in her home. I realized my mom needed more assistance in her home than I could provide by myself. I called Visiting Angels in Little Canada and was able to start a program almost immediately. Tommy was extremely responsive, the nurse was kind and supportive, the office staff was great, and the angels who cared for my mom when I could not be there were a God-send! I am so grateful for all the help and support as my mom transitioned to assisted living. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need help with a loved one.
We hired Visiting Angels to help us with immediate care after our mom was discharged from the hospital. Derek came to the hospital and was very professional and made us feel confident about their organization and the lengths they would go to help us with immediate care. We received weekly emails from Lynn regarding our schedule and resource names. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.
