After my mom was discharged from transitional care and returned home, I contacted Visiting Angels. They came three evenings a week, it was a godsend! She enjoyed their visits very much, always looking forward to them coming and would tell me how much fun she had telling stories and laughing with them. The Visting Angels did a wonderful job caring for my 99 year old mom when my sister and I were out of the country for a family wedding. During our 10 day trip 3 different care givers worked with my mom. Mom liked them all. They were on time, helpful, very compassionate and mom enjoyed the time spent with the Visiting Angels. Visiting Angels provides consistent professional service based on loving care for the individual and the family. They are experienced in meeting the needs of my wife who has moderate stage dementia. We signed our mother up for the Visiting Angels program. It seemed like a wonderful solution to get some in home help. Our experience with the program and the care givers provided was most exceptional. The only resistance was on our mother's part. The administrator / nurse / and care givers were genuinely interested in having this be a successful solution to keeping mother in her home.
