Get reliable staff that will work the hours paid for instead of being late, leaving early or just not showing up at all.
do not pay enough for the hard work that is done , pay rate sucks and these agencies get rich off of your hard work .

I love Mrs.Shante Brown she has always looked out for me in having a case, I believe she is a very good access to the company, but if you want to be apart of a team I would suggest Visiting Angels of Fredericksburg
