I can't say enough good things about Visiting Angels and current caregiver Kathy Keeley. They have been very caring and responsive to ANYTHING we have needed. Kathy has gone above and beyond with things that need to be done and things that just make her patient happy. She has learned her patient and is more than a blessing to our family. The company is very willing to respond to any request. Dan and employees have always been responsive to anything we need or want. Thank you so much for what you do.

Visiting Angel's Nashville has been beyond helpful to my dad. My dad is on hospice and bedbound. The regular support my family receives from the office staff and caregivers is priceless. We're so tired most of the time and they help with light housekeeping, keeping dad clean, dry and are his favorite people. We're able to get out to run errands or just get out for a well deserved break. We will be forever grateful to Visiting Angel's Nashville.

Our caretaker, Maizie Clarke was the best ever! She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable on health care, certified CNA, friendly, interactive and we could not have asked for better care. If you are looking for a true companion for your loved one she is the ticket. I highly recommend her and her skills. We were blessed to find her. She took care of my mom for 1.5 years and my mom was the happiest ever. She became part of our family. I miss seeing Maizie now that my mom has passed but we still stay in contact. It's been two hellish years since my mother passed away, but I continue to relive every agonizing day, day after day, the horrific last weeks in the care of an evil, cruel, sadistic Visiting Angels caregiver named Jasmine. I have everything recorded but still have not been able to watch all that happened without completely falling apart. I been with visiting Angel's for a while now they are very loving and caring to my wife, although they don't have replacements , to help out , when you're Angle calls out sick.

Earlier this year I had major surgery and related complications. I chose home care over a facility. I hired this agency ,which had a good reputation. I paid them thousands of dollars. I was basically bed ridden initially and didnt realize at first what was happening. They slept part of the time they were at my home, ignoring me.. They destroyed several pieces of very nice antique furniture and other pieces, I called them several times about the care and to come and see the damage,and they refused. I enjoy working for Visiting Angels, I know Heather and Vikki the most. All of the office staff are great and try to work with us when needed. My clients and their families have all been wonderful. Hope to be hear for many more years❤️❤️

The caregivers were wonderful but the administrative staff was rude and completely lacked the compassion you’d hope for from an agency that works with families in very difficult situations. I was berated for asking which caregiver was on duty the one time I asked and again for not immediately calling the office to cancel services when my mother was in emergency surgery. We switched to Always There Homecare and they were much better.
