I love Shawnee. I was actually born in Shawnee but we moved away when I was 5 years old. Since I have been coming back to Shawnee I am finding out so many fantastic things about Shawnee's history and the town today.Many famous people come from Shawnee of course most people realize Gordon Cooper one of the orginal 7 American astronauts was from Shawnee.
