Bend is not as great as VisitBend leads you to believe. First off, 300 days of sunshine is a flat out lie- I know cause I live here. Its more like 150. And you californians should know we get snow. Playing in it is one thing- living in it is another. Also, all these lovely spots this article speaks about are now over run with tourists and not much fun anymore because of it. Don't come here. we don't want you here. There are enough stupid tourists here. And even more stupid people moving here and trying to turn it into California. This used to be a great little town now it filled with ass holes.
Beautiful! !!! Mountains, rivers, lakes, camping, fishing, basically an outdoors adult playground! !!! Will always be one of my favorite destinations!!!!
