I had an absolutely delightful experience at this store, it was so refreshing to have experienced and friendly staff help me select frames and guide me through the rest of the process. I ended up with two pairs instead of one, with higher-quality lenses than I've ever had before. The whole experience made me feel confident in justifying the expense of non-discount glasses - I highly, highly recommend this place!

I came to Visique twice and both times was served by the manager Djibril who is such a lovely human being. He has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful and patient in helping me find a pair of frames I liked. He gave me about 14 pairs to try and didnt make me feel rushed or pressured at all, instead he took his time to make sure I found a pair I liked. I recommend Visique and the team there and hopefully you get the chance to be served by Djibril who is fantastic!
Welcoming and exceptionally helpful staff. Special appreciation for the attentive and diligent service by the lady with glasses, she was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Came in browsing for frames, dropping by all glasses stores in the area and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Staff combed through the entire stock to find things that meet my needs and contributed great opinions along the way. Very pleasant to interact with and very professional, I'll be back.
