They refused to provide me with the full prescription of my new glasses, (it was missing the PD) to force me to buy it from their store. Ultimately, I was able to get my PD measured by another optometrist, and order the glasses from my home country for less than 25% of their price and even better quality.
Caring, professional doctor and staff. Explains everything thoroughly and very helpful in picking frames out that suit me. Highly recommend them, we drive a half hour for our appointments.
Poor customer service....setup an appointment last week (just a few days ago). Realized today, the day off my appointment, that my insurance only pays for an exam each 2 years. Asked them to defer the appointment for June 2018 (in 3 months) - my 2 years will be reached then. They charged me 30$ for a last minute cancellation. Tried to reason with them that although it was my fault for not confirming my insurance would cover the next vision test before hand, they could be demonstrating better customer service given that I wou... read more
