Never received a return call to establish as a client.
I phoned to make an appointment. Phone rang until it finally went to voicemail. Left a message requesting appointment. They don't even bother to return the call. Very disappointed!! Update: Owner phoned back a week and a half later, stating that she was on holiday. It would have been nice if the voicemail stated this. Trying to find a good hairdresser that wants new clients seems near impossible in Newport News.
We have known the owner ever since she graduated from the hair academy. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of her clients hair give each one a perfect style that is perfect for the client. I just sit there and relax while she does her magic and I am always very happy.
