RecommendedThis is my go to place for eye exams and glasses; however, I have tried for three days to make an appointment by phone and no one answers. I stayed on the line for 20 minutes. Tried to make an appointment online and it states there are no openings. Checked dates through October 18th. Looks like my family and I need a new provider.

I went in to get glasses and the young girl who was helping me was rude and hateful the store was a mess and garbage stacked up at the back door when i visited the men’s room. Personal information laying all over the place. Shawn (manager) I complained about my new glasses she said I had to get used to them went back complained more another employee set me up for another exam. At this time they said yes u need new glasses. Which I just got Well who is there at this time Shawn, measures eyes says they will be in 7 to 10 days. Always have a great experience
I picked up my glasses last week and after wearing them for a few days I noticed that the bifocal seemed too high in the lens. I stopped back in today and within a few moments Kaity measured my lens and confirmed this to be true. She re measured and ordered new lens. I think this will correct my issue, but if it doesn't, I am sure they will remedy the problem. Thank you Kaity for your excellent service. Carole J.
First, let me start of by saying, I love most everyone at this store. Dr. Waddell actually saved my vision by recommending a follow with an opthamologist. She is awesome!! that being said, my sister went to them on my recommendation. Courtney and the optomotrist were excellent!! the only fly in the ointment was a service rep by the name of Amanda A.
