I brought be prescription from Costco and was able to get my glasses from here with out any problems . I had went to use my VSP and I got a better price here . Celeste and Vanessa were very helpful . Great customer service
My fiancee had an appointment at 10 am on Saturday October 3rd, we arrived shortly after at 10:03 am and the lady at the front desk tells us that they will not be able to see her today because they’re having “difficulties with their system” and stated she tried to inform us of the situation but she only called twice & failed to leave a voicemail. Celeste was patient, knowledgeable, and provided top-tier customer service. She was incredibly informative, answered all of my questions, and gave me great recommendations. This was my first experience at Visionworks, and thanks to Celeste, it was a wonderful one! They were also able to maximize my vision benefits, especially with VSP, which was a huge plus. i was beyond impressed and i am NOT an easy person to impress. the energy was sincerely awesome. staff very kind hearted, energetic very upbeat location. the eyewear selection from budget friendly to a selective premium tier. Latest technology and equipment for eye examination. the ophthalmologist that I saw was VERY knowledgeable, skillful, considerate and respectful in explaining how to navigate through flares and episodes. would truly recommend him. A proud to have him as my ophthalmologist 👍🏽
They where really friendly and helpful everyone in there especially the gorl with the tattoos I don't remember her name
