I am currently on hold and have been for over 25 minutes now. Not as much as a live person to ask to hold, just a recording asking you to use their website. Which I tried the website while on hold and the website live that chat can't answer pricing questions, recommended calling the store. I AM STILL ON HOLD 27+MIN I ABSOLUTELY "DO NOT RECOMMEND VISIONEORKS"
Visionworks website states that customers would be temperature checked upon arrival to the store. There is a sign posted on chairs near the entrance stating that hand sanitizer would also be provided. These policies were not followed. While I was waiting to check in, I noticed an older male employee assisting a customer in selecting frames. He kept pulling his mask to below his nose or even to his chin.
