VisionWorks at Monterey Plaza, Las Vegas (Liz) was exceptional and a credit to the Vision World. However, the VisionWorks location at 5195. Ft. Apache Road, Las Vegas, has a Manager that refuses to look up Vision Insurance Plans which ends up giving the customer inflated prices for glasses. This same Manager has done this two years in a row; I caught her both times.
These people are awesome!! They know what they’re doing. They do it right and are very professional at doing it. Customer for life!!!
You are treated like a friend, not a customer. Very helpful, concerned and knowledgeable. Great place to go to get your exams and glasses. Liz was amazing and went above and beyond!
