Wonderful caring service. Great hours and follow up
We have been coming to this location for almost 10 years; since we have insurance that covers my kids glasses at visionworks. The customer service has declined over the years and today was the worst I have received. I just went on to have nose pieces replaced; there was one other gentleman in front of me who needed his glasses adjusted. The lady asked me to leave glasses overnight to replace nosepieces? There was no one else in the store.
Knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure and confidently answered all questions
