My appt started on time. The store was clean and comfortable. My tech, Crystal was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. My doctor, Dr. King was knowledgeable, kind and proactive. My checkout with Lexi was kind, knowledgeable and precise. I felt warmth and care during my visit. Thank you to your entire team. Even those who didn't service me.
I needed my lenses replaced because of scratches. The attendant quickly started the process of applying my insurance coverage and got me out of the office within 15 minutes.
Don't recall her name but she had red hair, she was very thorough and the sweetest! Jake was a big help finding the perfect fit for my glasses! I would recommend them to everyone. All smiles this way! 💕🤓
