One star is generous. After leaving another optical office, I called Visionworks hoping to schedule an appointment or at least speak with someone about my options. Instead, I sat on hold listening to the hold music for several minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. No one answered. No one called me back. Nothing. This place is a joke. There are three different sets of business hours: Their website, Their Google business profile, And what’s actually posted on the door. Several other reviews have commented that during business hours many times no one is here and the doors are locked. I came today to purchase another pair of glasses. Looks like that’s not happening. Apparently, the bar to be a franchisee with Visionworks is quite low
I wish I could give more than 5 stars—this is easily a 10-star experience. Dr. Bettina Gary at Visionworks in Rock Hill has been absolutely outstanding. On three separate occasions, my son broke his glasses, and each time I went back, she took care of us without hesitation. What really stood out is that she had the exact frame available every single time—no delays, no hassle, just solutions. VisionWorks has great customer service. The Optometrist that I used from another location (not VisionWorks) made a mistake in my prescription. VisionWorks helped me resolve the issue and sent the glasses back to have the lenses replaced. Highly recommend.
Everyone was courteous and professional. Friendly and Ashley was very helpful with helping me find frames right for me and getting the best deal
