We had Bridget help us today in the store and she was fantastic! Super sweet and helpful. She is a main reason why we will be back. It is hard finding good customer service these days but she did it right!

I already had my prescription. I came in for frames and lenses. The associate was very clear & explanatory helping me with frames. And she let me know that I may not be seeing her when picking up my glasses. She was KIND, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL!!
Called 13 times just to keep getting hung up on.
One star is generous. After leaving another optical office, I called Visionworks hoping to schedule an appointment or at least speak with someone about my options. Instead, I sat on hold listening to the hold music for several minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. No one answered. No one called me back. Nothing.
