Staff at visionworks were helpful in getting my glasses repaired after being damaged by a puppy. The warranty covered the repair costs.
Broke my glasses in the morning, called in and they told us to get there as soon as we could and they would get us worked in. Very professional staff, unlike so many other optical chains I have visited. The optometrists was very thorough, seemed to want to explain his findings and speaking in terms that I was able to understand. At no time did I feel rushed like I was part out an over booked cattle drive. You have my business
